Adital Ela, a sustainability designer, has taken the childhood toy the pinwheel to an all new level.

Ela calls her creation WindyLights and they are a unique wind powered outdoor lighting system.Windylights takes soft wind gusts to beautifully illuminate our personal space.

Each WindyLight is made from a series of what Ella refers to as WindyWheels. WindyWheels are much like a child's pinwheel and they collect wind energy to transform it into electrical current.

When Ela searched for investors she realized how difficult it can be to make your dreams a reality.
